About CRM Integrations

Stay on top of the results of your campaigns by having all your Profiles' response data in one place and target your customers based on combined data!

A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is a solution that allows you to focus your company's strategy around your customers, identify potential clients, and offer personalized services in order to retain and be more effective when interacting with them.

However, they are limited when it comes to creating smart segments, automating your communication, displaying dynamic content and generating insights about your customers’ behaviour.

Do you want to combine your CRM data with data from multiple communication channels in one Profile? Do you want to have a 360 view of your customers’ data?

CRMs are great for forecasting and managing your contacts. With APSIS One CRM Integrations you can ensure that all your APSIS One users have the customer data they need for different activities.

 Why CRM Integrations

Take a look at the data generated when your commercial team closes a deal or your marketing team nurtures a lead. Where does all this data go?

Chances are that this multitude of data is spread out in different systems. CRM system, Analytics System, Email system… You name it! When this data is siloed, it is not uncommon to end up being used in different ways by different departments and systems without a unifying strategy or view of who your audience really is.

Non-integrated data results in:

  • Inconsistent brand experience
  • A broken customer journey
  • Operational inefficiency

APSIS One CRM Integrations puts you back in control of your customers’ data and allows you to act on this data in a unified and easy way. By integrating your CRM system with APSIS One you have access to behavioral data and all the tools necessary to drive personalisation in your communication. All of this, with an easy to use interface and a secure consent management feature.

 How does this benefit you?

Our CRM Integrations allow you to combine in your APSIS One Profiles the data from your CRM and from other channels. So you can target activations based on the combined data.

When sales know more, they act faster and sell more:

  • View email and website interactions on the contact card
  • View and manage APSIS One tags of a profile directly from the contact card
  • View and manage consent directly from the contact card

When marketing knows more, they communicate better:

  • Act on customer data from the CRM
  • Use Segments from the CRM in APSIS One

 How to use it

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Integration

Dynamics 365 Sales enables your commercial team to establish a strong relationship with their customers, execute actions based on insights and close sales more quickly. It is commonly used to track accounts and contacts and consolidate your leads and nurture process. One of the great advantages of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is that it is based on a common data model.

In other words, our Integration developed for Dynamics 365 can be connected to any other Dynamics 365 environment with minimal effort. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales manages to horizontally integrate all areas of the company based on customers: each one has a unique contact card.

About APSIS One's Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Integration

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Integration for APSIS One enables you to utilise all the data from your CRM in any channel connected to your APSIS One account. This is achieved by mapping data fields in your Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM account to Profile Attributes and Channel Consent in APSIS One, allowing for unified and synchronised Profile data in your APSIS One account.

There are two features that empower data transfer from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM into your APSIS One account: Real-time Sync and Full Sync.

MSD18.jpg

Real-time Sync: To be used whenever a contact card is created or updated in the CRM, a Profile is created or updated in APSIS One.

Full Sync: Meant to be used on the first time you set up your mappings. Real-time sync acts on any changes in real-time, but after making your mappings you will probably want to have access to some historical data. And that is what the full-sync is for. Also, if you want your mappings based on a new marketing strategy and to update your Profiles according to those, you would do a full sync.

But what about consent? All this data is great, but if you can’t communicate to Profiles by using APSIS One tools, there is no use for you importing. To stay on top of your Consent when using CRM Integrations, all you need to do is have checkboxes on your contact cards. “Checked-in” means that a customer has given consent to a Topic and Channel and “No checked” means that no consent was given.
