 How to use it

With CRM Integrations you can keep your customers’ information (contact cards) in sync with the Profiles in your APSIS One Audience.

 Sync CRM contacts with APSIS One Profiles via full sync and real-time sync on all recent changes including Channel Consent mappings and other conditions.

 View APSIS One Profile data directly in the CRM in all recent changes including Channel Consent mappings and other conditions.

  • Visualise email and website interactions from the Profile on your contact cards
  • Tagging Profiles directly from your contact cards. A special interface to manage tags on a profile. You can, for example, define a tag VIP Customers and use that as a way to segment only profiles that are part of your VIP Program. So you can send discounts and invitations to events only for those customers.

 Use your CRM's Marketing lists and segments in APSIS One email activities.

Manage your CRM's follow up activities like emails, phone calls and meetings and trigger various Marketing Automation flows.

  • A prospect has just received a demo one of your sales representatives, this information can be used in APSIS One, to trigger a Marketing Automation nurture flow.
  • You can also create a Marketing Automation flow with achievement to rewards those who attended one of your events.

About APSIS One's Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Integration

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Integration for APSIS One enables you to utilise all the data from your CRM in any channel connected to your APSIS One account. This is achieved by mapping data fields in your Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM account to Profile Attributes and Channel Consent in APSIS One, allowing for unified and synchronised Profile data in your APSIS One account.

There are two features that empower data transfer from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM into your APSIS One account: Real-time Sync and Full Sync.


Real-time Sync: To be used whenever a contact card is created or updated in the CRM, a Profile is created or updated in APSIS One.

Full Sync: Meant to be used on the first time you set up your mappings. Real-time sync acts on any changes in real-time, but after making your mappings you will probably want to have access to some historical data. And that is what the full-sync is for. Also, if you want your mappings based on a new marketing strategy and to update your Profiles according to those, you would do a full sync.

But what about consent? All this data is great, but if you can’t communicate to Profiles by using APSIS One tools, there is no use for you importing. To stay on top of your Consent when using CRM Integrations, all you need to do is have checkboxes on your contact cards. “Checked-in” means that a customer has given consent to a Topic and Channel and “No checked” means that no consent was given.
