Pre-Defined Templates

Working with Pre-defined Templates will allow you to create a Forms & Pages activity quickly, and takes the hassle out of designing one from scratch.

Choose a Pre-defined Template from our selection and replace the content with content that matches your brand, publish it to your website and there you go!

Mappings & Consent

Using Templates is a great way to jump-start the creation of a Forms & Pages activity for your website. However, after adjusting the design, it's important that you set up your activity to collect all the important information just the way you want it gathered in APSIS One Profiles...

But it's very simple: simply review the mappings and how you collect consent.

1. Review the Mappings

As your Forms & Pages activities will be collecting Profile data from your website's visitors, it's important that all Elements contained in the activity are mapped to the right Attribute. This will populate your Profiles with data that you can use in all your future marketing activities.

To adjust an Element's mapping, click the Element in the Canvas and tick the Map to Attribute checkbox in the Element Options.

Read more about the Elements in the Design Panel article to get started!

2. Collecting Consent

If you intend to collect consent from your visitors, you must adjust the Forms & Pages activity after choosing your Template.

To collect consent, you will need a Terms & Conditions Element, at least one Input Field Element, and a Submit Button.

The Terms & Conditions Element is essential to requesting, and therefore receiving consent for all sorts of communications and handling of personal data gathered from your website visitors. Without a Terms & Conditions Element, email addresses and mobile numbers will be stored in APSIS One Profiles without channel consent.

To adjust the consent mapping, click the Element in the Canvas and select a Consent list and Topics under Mapping, in the Element Options.
