If a a wrong password is entered 10 times, your IP Address will automatically be blocked in order to protect you. This may be your own mistake, or some other person trying to access your account unauthorised or with the wrong credentials.
To unblock your IP Address:
1. Access your Email inbox. You should have received an Email like the one shown below.
2. Follow the instructions on the Email.
3. That's it! Follow the instructions on Forgotten Password to set up a new password.
